Studio Apartment consists of one larger room with bedroom (180x200 bed and 90x180 bed if needed) / living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, microwave oven, kettle for water. The studio has a terrace and is located on the ground floor. The room is on the first floor and consists of one larger room with a bed (180x200) and a bathroom. The studio and the rooms have a separate entrance and exit to the yard. Apartment is air-conditioned (heating and cooling), free internet, with satellite antenna. Distance from three different beaches (sandy, pebble and concrete) is a few minutes walking. Parking is at the house and is free of charge. Within the house there is a black kitchen with grill. Within 300m there is a grocery store, bank, pharmacy, pizzeria, restaurants, tennis courts, swimming pools, gym, wellness, marina for boats.
