Villa Anita offers 8 accommodation units. Three studio apartments (each for two persons). Two apartments for 3, two double rooms and one triple room. Total capacity is 20 people. Apartments and rooms can be combined for larger groups or families.

Vila Anita has a beautiful view of the bay and harbor Sumartin, we are just 1minute walk from the nearest pebble beach and 2 minutes from the center of Sumartin.

Sumartin is a small place away from city crowds and bustle. Sumartin has industrial tourism as Bol and it is not yet known and not so much because it's probably one of the last natural recreation areas on the island of Brac. If you decide to stay on the island of Brac, but not in Sumartin, definitely take your time and discover this beautiful part of the Mediterranean.
