PLEASE NOTE THAT MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THESE ROOMS IS 2 PERSONS with eventually only one
small up to 3 years old child (but not older) that can sleep with its parents in bed using existing bedding.
No extra beds or cribs/cots are available or are possible to put additionally in rooms even if you bring your own.
All Our rooms are private. You book and pay for all the beds in the room. For example, if you are traveling alone, but want to book a double room, you must pay for two people in order to book the whole room, or if you need accommodation for 3 persons you need to book 2 rooms for 2 persons (Ps.we only offer rooms for 2 persons).

_______________________BEACH:___________________________________ FIRST BEACH IS ONLY 2 min(about 70m) AWAY)! 50 - 150m from the house you can find pebble and gravel beaches, two small cafes (one on the beach), a grocery, post-office and restaurants! When going to the beach, you don't have to cross the street because there is a little tunnel under the road that will lead you directly to beach! There are several beaches nearby and they are all connected.) ________________________BY_CAR___________________________________ Villa Sanja is situated on the Adriatic Coast, 27 km east from town Split, in the direction Makarska near Omis (8 km)! Upon reaching the town of Omis, continue driving for approximately 8 km. Then you will see a tunnel. Upon passing the tunnel, continue driving for additional 150m and then turn left! You will see a restaurant Skalinada and a narrow road between the restaurant and a big yellow house! Then go up the road. The first house on your right (pine tree garden surrounded by a big brown fence and a gate) is VILLA SANJA! _______________________BY_PLANE_________________________________ There are buses that go frequently from Airport Split to Split Harbor! These buses stop near the harbor, half-way between the Split waterfront (a promenade with palms and cafes) and the harbor. The main bus station is located 200 m in the eastern direction (on Your left if You face the sea). Then just cross the street! Take the bus and buy a ticket to place LOKVA ROGOZNICA (any bus that goes in the direction Makarska, Imotski, Dubrovnik). IMPORTANT: tell a driver that you are traveling to"Lokva Rogoznica - after first tunnel" or even better, write the following text in Croatian: LOKVA ROGOZNICA ( IVASNJAK ) IZA PRVOG TUNELA on a piece of paper and show it to the driver! (because Lokva Rogoznica has 3 bus stations!) When you get off in Lokva Rogoznica, just cross the street and you will see a restaurant Skalinada and a narrow road between the restaurant and a big yellow house! Then go up the road. Then just cross the street! Take the bus and buy a ticket to place LOKVA ROGOZNICA (any bus that goes in the direction Makarska, Imotski, Dubrovnik). IMPORTANT: tell a driver that you are traveling to "Lokva Rogoznica - after first tunnel" or even better, write the following text in Croatian LOKVA ROGOZNICA ( IVASNJAK ) IZA PRVOG TUNELA on a piece of paper and show it to the driver! (because Lokva Rogoznica has 3 bus stations!) IMPORTANT: tell a driver that you are traveling to "Lokva Rogoznica - after first tunnel" even better, write the following text in Croatian LOKVA ROGOZNICA ( IVASNJAK ) IZA PRVOG TUNELA on a piece of paper and show it to the driver!
