Our villa, The Heart of Croatia is located precisely where its name says - in the very heart of Croatia and Dalmatia. Situated in the beautiful and tranquil Pirovac in central Dalmatia, halfway between the most notable tourist destinations of Croatia – Split, Zadar, Šibenik, Pag, Tisno and Biograd, the villa is an ideal place from which to undertake visits and tours of the most important Croatian tourist destinations, as well as enjoy your summer holiday. Only a 30 minute ride will take to the Krka National Park, where you can swim beneath the bewitching waterfalls and enjoy the pure and unblemished nature. Tours from Pirovac to the Kornati National Park, where you can see thousands of small intact islands, are organised daily. If you wish to see the cities and the architecture, as well as enjoy beautiful beaches, Pirovac is only a short distance away from Zadar, Vodice, Split, Šibenik, Tisno and Biograd. If you would like to experience summer parties, be sure not to miss parties in Tisno, Vodice, Pag and Pirovac!

The villa Heart of Croatia spans 300 sq. meters, with a covered parking area, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in both apartments. Built on the autochthonous Dalmatian limestone, it will provide you with the real Dalmatian and Croatian experience. On out two covered terraces, you can enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and family dinners, which you can make using a private barbecue in the yard. The beach is only 100 meters away (one minute walk) and the beach is made from small pebbles (very small stones).

You can use the whole 300 square feet Villa and the courtyard where you have you your own barbecue. The big private and covered parking is on your disposal as well.

In the Villa you also have a laundry machine which is ideal if you have your kids with you. In the backyard of the house there is additional outside shower which can be used if you want to have a quick shower after the beach.

Villa includes two apartments - a ground floor and a first and second floor apartment, with 6+2, and 8+4 beds, respectively. It is possible to rent the entire villa, or single apartments. The villa is situated in the calm part of Pirovac, where the beach is only 100, and the center a 650 m walking distance. It is ideal for anyone aiming to enjoy a true holiday experience of the Croatian summer.
Pirovac has everything you need, including a new marina, built in 2015. It is connected by all means of transport, with the Zadar airport is a 40 minute ride. Transportation can be organised by request. The villa owner is at your service 24/7, and will be delighted to help you in any way.
