The house with two apartments is located in a very quiet coastal village of Ražanj. It is ideal for relaxing holiday, discovering natural beauties, sunbathing and swimming in warm and clean sea.
The place is situated between three UNESCO’s towns (Split, Trogir and Šibenik) and close to the National parks Krka (beautiful river with exceptional waterfalls) and Kornati (unique archipelago with 140 islands).
There's a bar, a small supermarket, market with fruits and vegetables, a tourist information office, diving centre, two restaurants with fresh seafood and bakery in the centre of the village.
There is a rich offer of night life, not far from Ražanj. Few major tourist centres with numerous nightclubs and discotheques are spread in the range from 10 to 50 kilometres (Rogoznica, Primošten, Trogir, Kaštela, Šibenik, Vodice, Split).
Split-Kaštela airport is 25, highway is 30 and ferry port is 50 kilometres far from the Ražanj
There are two apartments in the house. The bottom one has three double rooms, kitchen with living room, bathroom and spacious terrace in front of it. It is comfortable, clean and very decent flat. The upper one is brand new with two beautiful rooms, well equipped kitchen with living room, bathroom and lovely terrace with sea view. It is fully and well furnished and very clean. There are king size beds in rooms and big sofa bed in the living room especially designed for comfortable sleeping.
Both apartments are equipped with air conditioner, Wi-Fi internet and sat TV. There is a parking next to the property and lovely grill house on it.
