old stone renovated " House Branka " is located in the small hamlet of Mućel on the island of IŽ. At the backyard is a barbecue ( fireplace ) and private covered parking. In front of the house is a large covered terrace. At the ground floor is a kitchen with appliances : stove (electricity, gas), dishwasher , coffee maker and refrigerator for deep freezing. At the same area is the dining room and living room with a satellite TV and a stereo. Bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a shower, sink , toilet and bidet.
On the top floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Two rooms have double beds ( 200x200cm and 200x180cm ) The third bedroom has one bed ( 200x100cm ) . Bedrooms are air-conditioned , while the living room has a ventilation device. The house is located at elevated part of Iz Mali where from is easy access to rural roads for mountain bicycles. We can provide mooring for your boat. Beaches are sand , stone and boulder. The price of the house includes tourist tax , air conditioning and internet usage .
