The apartment is in a stone house 300 years old, by the sea. In the attic there is a room with a double bed and a separate bathroom. The bed has a view of the sea and boats in the harbor. There is a possibility of an extra bed. On the 1st floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, another bathroom and a living room where there is a sofa bed for two more people. Sea views and boats in the harbor and renaissance residence. Below the house is a courtyard through which rises to the sea. Next to the house is the restaurant Villa Kalipoa known for its beautiful park and Goveja beach.
