The object is a large family house for tourism, which is being runned by two brothers, with their families. There is a large yard which contains barbecue and a large parking space. The house is in a touristic neighbourhood which is really peaceful and is very close to the sea. Every apartment has its own access to the terrace,from where you can partially see the sea. The house is approximately one kilometer from the center of the city and hotels and this year,there will be an opening of a large aquapark near the city.The house is about 5-10 minutes on foot from the large pebbley beach,and a bit further there also sandy beaches.
