This holiday cottage enjoys a quiet location in the city of Murter, on the same name island, close to the sea and beach.

The hause is spread over two floors and is equipped to comfortably accommodate up to six persons. It offers a large living-/dining area with integrated open plan kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a guest toilet. The living area on the ground floor is furnished with a comfortable sofa, tv set and a large dining table with six chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with cooker, oven, fridge, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. A traditional open fireplace provides warmth and comfort on cold evenings. The ground floor also has a guest toilet. A large wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the three bedrooms and the bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with (180cm x 200 cm) double beds and have access to their own private balcony offering stunning panoramic sea views across the rooftops of the old city of Murter. The third bedroom is equipped with two (90cm x 200cm) single beds.

Large glass doors open off the living area directly onto the generous terrace at the front of the house which is furnished with a round table and six wicker chairs and two sunbath chairs.
Here, you will also find the outdoor shower and barbecue area with the traditional stone grill. Two parking spaces are available on the fully fenced premises, right in front of the house. Bed linen and towels are replaced weekly, this service is free of charge.

Your holiday home is located only 700m away from Slanica Beach, Murter’s most popular sandy beach. The old city of Murter is only 400m away, and in a 2km distance you will find a nudist beach. All amenities are within walking distance, including a post office, tourist office, supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, a pharmacy, souvenir shops and even a gallery.
