Enjoy 35 km of stunning coastline around the peninsula, where almost every path leads to the sea. Stays are usually from Saturday to Saturday (with more flexible arrival and departure dates available in the second half of September and outside the main season).

Experience complete privacy and peace. The entire house, with its spacious garden and private swimming pool, is exclusively yours. The pool measures 9 × 4 metres. The house offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. A new outdoor kitchen with a large traditional stone barbecue is also available.

Pomalo Holiday House features a bright and spacious living room with panoramic views of the sea and the Velebit Mountains, satellite TV, a dishwasher, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large flower-filled Mediterranean garden with a barbecue and swimming pool. During your stay, you will enjoy complete privacy. The house offers two spacious bathrooms and two comfortable bedrooms with wide double beds. It is a newly built property, completed in spring 2023. Naturally, both a dishwasher and a washing machine are provided.

Start your morning with breakfast on the covered terrace while enjoying breathtaking views of the majestic Velebit Mountains, whose colours change beautifully throughout the day. In the afternoon, relax with a cup of coffee while looking out over the legendary island of Zečevo. When the sea is calm, you can almost walk across to the island and continue all the way to the small church standing alone at its far end.

The true spirit of this place is best experienced during a leisurely walk accompanied by the gentle sound of church bells as you head to the local bakery for fresh bread. Or visit one of the traditional village festivals, where locals bring antique furniture and everyday household items out into the streets. Just as they open the doors of their homes, they open their hearts to visitors. This is a place where stories come alive and where the true heart of Dalmatia still beats.

Pomalo Holiday House is located in the heart of the village of Vrsi, yet in an exceptionally peaceful setting. Just a few steps away lies the village's oldest street, lined with charming traditional stone houses. At the same time, everything you may need is within easy walking distance, including a doctor's office, a well-stocked pharmacy, several grocery stores, a café, bakery, playground, car repair shop, beauty salon, massage services, post office, ATM, and much more.

If you would like to enjoy lively restaurants and bars, you can reach the Vrsi-Mulo area in just three minutes by car. Here you can listen to traditional Dalmatian music and sailors' songs during local celebrations, while sampling delicious homemade specialties made from figs, olives, and other local produce. Afterwards, you can return to the peaceful atmosphere of Pomalo Holiday House.

Just outside the village lies Ričina Beach, a beautiful sandy beach with a gently sloping entrance into the sea, making it ideal for families with children. Here you'll find everything you need for a perfect beach day, including beach bars, sun loungers, parasols, sports equipment rental, and a wide range of water attractions for both children and adults.

Those who enjoy diving and snorkelling will love Duboka Draga, Uvala Ljaljkovača, and Prizda beaches, where colourful schools of fish and rich marine life thrive among the rocky reefs. Thanks to the exceptional clarity of the sea, you can simply float on the surface and admire the underwater world beneath you.

Just 5 km away is the historic royal town of Nin. Wander along its illuminated ancient walls and cross charming wooden bridges leading over the traditional salt pans, where precious sea salt has been harvested for centuries. You can even purchase this famous local salt at the Salt Museum.

Nin is also home to Queen's Beach (Kraljičina Plaža), the longest sandy beach in Croatia and widely regarded as one of the finest beaches in the world. Another local treasure is the naturally occurring healing mud, which is freely accessible and renowned for its beneficial effects on health and well-being.
