Although you are just a few steps from the center of events, you will be accommodated in a pleasant street where no noise will disturb you. The premises are completely newly furnished (in 2023). On the promenade, which is 2 min. from the property, a number of festivals take place throughout the summer (gastrofestivals, sailing, fig and olive festivals), classical and popular music concerts, dancing under the stars and so on.

There is an apartment for 4 people on the 2nd floor with a spacious terrace and a view of the sea and the Velebit mountain range (1 bedroom + sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom). The house also has a studio for 2 people on the lower ground floor (new, bright, clean, 1 living area with kitchen and sofa bed).
