Podstrana is a small place in the middle of cities of Split and Omiš. It is ideal for family holidays, and its position allows you quick and easy access to nearby towns such as Split, Omiš, Trogir, Makarska or even Dubrovnik.

I am renting ONE apartment for 4 (2+2) persons and FOUR studio apartments for 2 persons, all located in a private house in Podstrana.
Apartment is 40m2 large and comes with a bedroom for 2 persons, private bathroom, living room where you get another auxiliary bed for two out of a living room couch and a terrace that covers a view of Split, Croatia's second largest town.
Apartment is fully equipped with functional kitchen, gas stove, fridge, air-condition, wifi access and TV.
We provide clean bed linen and towels, toilet paper, shower soaps and so on...

Studio apartments are 25m2 big and also come with a fully functional little kitchen, two single beds who can be joined into one double bed, fridge, locker, private bathroom and a balcony. Bed linen and towels also included, among other stuff like wifi access, air-condition and TV.

Nearby beach and restaurants, air-conditioned apartments, free private parking facility and short travelling distance to Split and other places will make your holidays here a real pleasure.
We are also very helpful and we can give you very good local tips that will help you organise your travel and learn a lot about the history and culture of Dalmatia and Croatia.
