For rent a comfortable family house. The living area of ??the house is 180m2. The house is 15m from the road (north side) and 50m from the sea (south side).
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a large living room, a bathroom, a pantry and another utility room, where there are washing machines, ironing boards, umbrellas...
From the kitchen and the living room there is an entrance to a large terrace of 70m2 with natural shade of wild mulberry. In front of the terrace there is a small, beautiful garden with an outdoor shower and a barbecue. A 1.5m wide path leads from the garden directly to the beach and children can go to the beach without an adult, as well as disabled people in wheelchairs.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms:
two with double beds, which open onto a large balcony with tables and chairs. The rooms have a sea view.
On the north side there is another bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there is another large luxurious bathroom.
Our house is in the first row to the sea, there are no other buildings in front of it.
The house is well insulated, with thick stone walls, so it is never too hot. For guests who want to cool down, we have installed air conditioning and large ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms.
The house is well equipped: wireless internet, dishwasher and washing machine, blender, microwave, water heater, fridge with freezer, classic stove with oven, dishes, cutlery, towels, tablecloths, bed linen, kitchen towels, napkins, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea...
The nearest beach is pebble, there is sand in the sea. The sea is very shallow, suitable for swimming even for very small children.
We are friendly hosts and live in Split, so guests stay alone in the house.
We guarantee perfect cleanliness for guests. In accordance with Croatian law, all guests who want to rent the house are obliged to present their personal documents to the owner for registration in the tourist register.
