We are located in a quiet bay Stivašnica just 60 meters from the sea. Geographically, in the middle of the Adriatic Sea, right next to Cape Ploce in an oasis of clear sea, peace and tranquility. Only 6 km from Šibenik - Split highway. The architectural design of the building is such that three modern, comfortable and nicely decorated apartments are slightly elevated above the sea. It offers a beautiful view of the open sea. You are provided with a natural shade beach, concrete plateaus with deck chairs, landscaped access to the sea and a boat mooring up to 8 meters.
