Respected visitors, we welcome you in the quiet fishing village Ražanj, near a small tourist place Rogoznica (about 11 km). You will find here friendly summer apartment-house, 30 metre near the sea, surrounded by untouched nature, olives and pine trees typical for this Mediterranean place. This quiet bay is ideal for families looking for peace and active summer vacation.

The quiet street that is circulated by few cars from neighbouring houses is the guarantee of silence. Natural stone beach prevail and also little pebble beaches in front of apartments. Beach has plenty of trees and shade. The first big pebble beach is 500 metre near of the apartments. In the summer months there are tours of the city RAŽANJ to nearby major tourist sites, and to the national parks Krka and Kornati. Cycling, walking paths and diving center are within 600 meters. The beautiful landscape, RAŽANJ has a Mediterranean climate with plenty of sunshine and very little rain which promises well spent vacation.

Welcome drink included in the price. All guests can use the free internet, parking, washing machine, grill, outdoor shower and garden for childrens. Near the apartment there is a boat dock that is included in the price (only with obligatory previous notice). Aircondition is not included with price / price is 5€ day, if you needed. Every morning in summer months in front of the house is coming a big van with all the necessary ingredients for breakfast bread and pastries.

Residential tax is included in price. Minimum stay is for 3 days. The time of arrival is planned at the earliest from 14:00 on the day of arrival and check-out the guest at 10:00 on the day of departure. It is necessary to make an advance payment of 100 EUR.
