Apartment Marta is located in the village Cocaletto , an oasis of calm, ideal because of its location . The village is just 4 km from the center of the beautiful picturesque town of Rovinj, but far enough away from the summer crowds of tourists and traffic jams. In the village , next to the apartment there is a park with a playground for volleyball, football and other sports. In addition, there are two restaurants and there is a possibility to rent cars and bicycles.
The beach is located at a distance of 1000 m from the apartment at the campsite Vestar or immediately adjacent to it (public beach). The camp has different premises - restaurants, massages , shop, rent a boat , canoe , bar , swimming pool. The camp has also a nudist beach .
At the camp are also several public pebble beaches , while most of the distance between Cocaletto and Rovinj is comprised of a beautiful forest park Punta Corrente - Golden Cape , which has a rocky , sandy and pebble beach, perfect for the pleasure of swimming , sunbathing and bike riding. Certainly , we recommend a visit .

The apartment is located in a family house on the ground floor , has about 55 m2 + terrace 44 m2 , has one large bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe with mirror sliding doors . The living room has a sofa that is decomposed into a bed for two people. The apartment has a kitchen with stove ( 2 electric hotplates) with sink, large fridge freezer, dining table + chairs . The bathroom has a shower , sink , shelves . The apartment is newly renovated and air-conditioned . Using the air conditioner is included in the price .

From the terrace there is access to the garden with the use of the grill. Parking is available in front , but also in the common courtyard.
Baby crib is available on request. Children under 3 years of age stay in the apartment free of charge.
Minimum stay in the apartment is 5 days.
