Villa Itea occupies an area of ??180 m2 and is built in a contemporary style with contrasting surfaces of minimalist design and has an accommodation capacity for a maximum of 8 people. Of the 4 bedrooms with fully equipped ensuite bathrooms, one is located on the ground floor and the other 3 on the upper floor of the villa. A washing machine and iron are at your disposal. Each room has its own terrace with a view of the greenery and untouched nature. The villa's surroundings offer the pleasure of romantic walks in untouched nature, and on the nearest beach, less than 2 km from the villa, you can enjoy water sports and the beautiful Adriatic Sea. Nearby is a mysterious cave called Baredine, where you will discover a real treasure trove of underground sculptures arranged in five halls.

The Baredine cave also hides a legend from the 13th century, a love story about the nobleman Gabriel who falls in love with the shepherdess Milka. Gabriel's mother resisted their love, so hired robbers threw the girl into a pit. Gabriel then disappeared with his horse, and shortly afterwards they found only the horse near the exit of another pit nearby. According to legend, the petrified body of the shepherdess slides deeper and deeper into the pit every day to meet her beloved on the other side.

Istria is a fairy tale not only because of its diverse and interesting sites, but also because of its numerous medieval fortresses and towns that bear witness to the rich history of this region. For example, the town of Motovun in the center of Istria is a veritable hotbed of medieval fortresses, and a film festival is held there in the summer months.
