The App7+2 has two air conditioning devices, for living room and for hallway with rooms, which guests can rent for 10EUR/day. There is one full bathroom and additional small toilet in App7+2. App7+2 is well equipped: washing machine, dish machine, iron, microwave, SAT-TV, stereoCD... App3+2 and App4 are on second floor.
