Apartment Kathy is a spacious, sea view fully equipped two bedroom (sleeps 4/6) second floor apartment. It is well equipped, air-conditioned and has wireless Internet. The bedrooms have good storage and comfortable beds. Located in the historic fishing village of Seget Donji and offers a stunning view of the Trogir bay from a large balcony. It is only 100 meters from the beach and convenience store and only 200 meters from fine dining & casual restaurants and bus/ferry stops.

From the apartment there is peaceful walk along the sea-1,5km curvy seaside footpath to the Hotel Medena complex, which offers water sports, bike rental, scuba diving amongst other activities and wide selection of organized day trips (fish picnic) to neighboring Islands. The village of Seget has crystal clear water, great food that is always fresh and delicious and Mediterranean climate.

There are many maps and information in the apartment to help you as well an assortment of books to read. Local restaurants all offer excellent value for your money with amazing local produce. The Trogir farmers market is a place where you can do all of your shopping. We can arrange for reduced rates for taxi and help you with scheduling numerous excursions. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.

Travel:
The Split Airport is only 7 kilometers away. Wizz Air and EasyJet fly direct from London. Taxi or local bus are avalable at airport. Arrangements can be made to collect/deliver from/to the airport.
A car is not essential in Seget or Trogir. Split is the second bigest city in Croatia. Buses to Split leave Trogir every 20 min. Car rental can be arranged at Split Airport or at a one of several travel agencies in Trogir (please inquire for further info). Croatia has a great transportation system.

Distances:
27 km north of Split, 200 km north of Dubrovnik, 60 km from the famous National Park Krka (waterfalls) and historic town of Šibenik. From Split, you can take ferries to the islands of Brac, Hvar, Vis, and Šolta.
Location is perfect. Everything around.Seget-peaceful, Trogir-Lively, entertaining (2km). Medena resort-offers full days at the beach with many restaurants and music and Split(second biggest city) for shopping and strolls through the Diocletian Palace walls.

Further details:
You can find several ATMs and a post office in Seget Donji (where money can be exchanged). The entire coastline is lined with cafes, ice cream shops and restaurants, which range from fine dining to pizzerias and family diners/grills. The official currency is Kuna (HRK), but most restaurants also accept the EURO. A wide majority of Croatians working in the service sector speak English.

Booking notes:
Booking can be made by e-mail or by phone. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit paid by bank transfer. The payment balance must be made 20 days before the first day of booking. A security deposit of 100 EURO is also required with the balance and will be returned after the apartment has been checked and keys returned.
