On the second floor, there are four studio apartments with capacities of 2+2, 2+1, 2+1 and 2 guests. Guests staying in the studio apartments can use the shared outdoor terrace next to the swimming pool.

The property features a swimming pool measuring 5.20 × 3.20 m, with a sunbathing area and space for relaxation. Guests also have access to both a charcoal barbecue and a gas grill.
