 Two one bedroom apartments on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet, tourist village Borik, about 700 m from the sea. The first apartment is a one bedroom apartment of 45 m2 and can accommodate up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom and toilet and a small kitchen. The price includes: sojourn tax, TV SAT, WiFi, air conditioning, towels and linen, terrace, parking, private entrance, charcoal grill. The second apartment is also one bedroom and has 54 m2 and can accommodate up to 5 people (2 adults + 3 children). The apartment consists of a large kitchen with living room and sofa bed for up to 3 people, bathroom and toilet, hallway and large bedroom for two. The apartment also has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The price includes: sojourn tax, TV SAT, WiFi, air conditioning, towels and linen, terrace, parking, private entrance, charcoal grill.
 If it is a larger group or 2 families, 2 apartments can be combined into one and are rented as one unit. The apartments are ideal for families with children as the house is surrounded by a large garden and parking. Both apartments have a terrace with table and garden views. The garden is free to use home-made Mediterranean fruit. Excursions and bicycle rental are available. Pets are welcome, at an additional cost. Please let us know in advance.

Apartment M on the 1st floor of a residential building in Bili Brig district, Zadar
We also offer a two bedroom apartment of 54 m2, located in a separate unit, on the first floor of a residential building in a different location, in the Bili Brig neighborhood. The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people and consists of two bedrooms (one bedroom with a large double bed and one bedroom with two smaller beds), bathroom and toilet, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, large kitchen and a balcony overlooking the park and playground. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Free private parking is available on site. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a large park and children's playground. The price includes: tourist tax, air conditioning, TV SAT, WiFi, towels and bedding, balcony, parking.
