Are you looking for a quiet holiday with a family background? We offer apartment villa for rent in Croatia near Zadar. The villa has three apartments with 19 beds and most of the bedrooms have sea views (7 bedrooms, 4 x extra bed, 4 x bathroom with WC, 3 x kitchen, 2 x terrace with seating.) The villa has its own garden with a small swimming pool and stone barbecue. The sea is accessible by a direct path from the house about 100 m, the beach is rocky with a small pier (suitable shoes for the water). We also offer the possibility of renting a motor boat for water sports (small boat driver's license required) and possible paddleboard rental. If you want to go for a ride around the area we offer rental of three scooters. The way to the old Zadar is possible on foot through the forest or by bike about 1 km from the house. The mini-market is about 500 m away and right next to it there is a well with spring drinking water.
