The house is located directly at the entrance of the Zaton Holiday Resort, which makes it the perfect location for guests, who wish to visit the resort frequently or to walk or cycle to Nin. There is a parking lot in the courtyard, TV with channels in many languages, fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher. The beach is perfect for children (flat water, no sharp drop-off).
We request a deposit of €100,-- or a valid travel document for security.

If you wish, you can book a final clean-up for € 50,--
including cleaning of the apartments, bedclothes, and towels.

Extra bed: € 9,00 (per night)
Children’s bed: € 7,00 (per night)
Air condition optional for € 4 per day

The local tax is € 1,-- for adults and € 0,50,-- for children aged 12-18 years per day. There is no local tax for children aged 0-12 years.

For stays up to 3 nights there will be a surcharge of 30%.

Pets: upon request, price by arrangement (obligatory final clean-up, but neither bedclothes nor towels will be provided)

We offer a discount of 5% for our regular guests (starting with the second year a reservation is made).

Arrival and departure are possible on every day of the week.
Apartments are ready at 3 pm the latest.
Departure until max. 9 am.
